Big Mac Sliders
Big Mac Sliders
- 1 lb lean ground beef 
- 1/2 medium onion 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp pepper 
- 1 tsp onion powder 
- 1 tsp garlic powder 
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning 
Mix and transfer to a 9x9 baking dish, sized to fit the bread
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes
Big Mac Sauce:
- 2 tbsp ketchup 
- 3-4 tbsp pickle relish (try to drain before adding) 
- 3/4 cup mayo 
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard 
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard 
- 1/2 tsp onion powder 
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/2 tsp paprika 
- pinch of salt - Big Mac Assembly: 
- King’s Hawaiian Rolls - sliced down the middle 
- Spoon sauce on bottom of rolls 
- Add shredded lettuce, pickles, and meat 
- cover meat with Kraft singles 
- Add more sauce on top of buns and cover Big Macs 
- Brush melted butter over top 
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds - Throw back in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 375 - Cut along bread lines and serve
