Lemon Lasagna


Lemon Lasagna

Layer 1:

  • Lemon Oreos 1 package

  • 6 tbsp butter

Layer 2:

  • cream cheese

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 capful of lemon extract

  • 8 oz tub cool whip

(throw in freezer while you make layer 3)

Layer 3:

  • 2 small packages of instant lemon pudding

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • fold in 1 cup cool whip

Toast a couple handfuls of sweetened coconut @375 for 11-12 min.

  • Let coconut cool and then add to the top layer
